Here’s the latest Market View for Camano Island homes in Washington State according to Trulia.com.

For the week ending Jun 9th, 2010 the average Camano Island homes list price was $482,626. There were a total of 416 homes for sale.  The average list price was down 4%, or $20,264 compared to the prior week.

The median sales price for Camano Island homes from Nov 08 to Jan 09 was $314,085 based on 2 home sales.  This is 9.2% decrease, or $31,665 compared to a year ago.  The number of home sales decreased 83.3%.

Also it was interesting to note that the average Camano Island homes price per square foot was $128, a decrease of 41% compared to this same period a year ago.

Presently there are 30 Camano Island homes in pre-foreclosure, auction, or bank owned stages of the foreclosure process.
