Draw Home Buyer Web Traffic Like Bears to Honey

Thursday, February 4th, 2010

So the saying goes, results speak louder than words, right?  How about a picture is worth a thousand words?  That being said I’m ready to share my results with you as I promised on an earlier post.  But whoa…. hold now, not so fast.

Let’s lay the ground work out first.  I could show you several actual test results recently conducted including “Lender, Broker Price Opinion and REO Buyer”, “Broker Price Opinion”, “Drawing Web Traffic Like Bears To Honey”, “Broker Price Opinion and REO”, “Search Engine Optimized Software” and “Top Selling Products Reviewed” from my blog posts but for this article I’m just going to use just one example.

I’m going to try and keep this simple so you can understand the significance of the results I obtained and how I could do the same for you if you’re interested.

Here’s how it goes.  One thing these days all real estate agents must have is a web site, right?  Let’s take, as an example, your city as a targeted marketplace.  What if we create a single web page to gather a name and email address from buyers looking to buy a home in your city?

Once you have that information they are directed instantly to your website.  In the mean time you have an email going out to them automatically thanking them for visiting your website and maybe providing them some additional information about you.

OK, you now have a lead, right?  But how did you get that lead?  Well, here’s the short of it.  You use a blog that you set up, but it’s not an ordinary one, and you social bookmark it to send the traffic to the opt in page and then they end up at your website.  This is not just any old blog, this a search engine optimized blog.  It’s kind of a super charged blog, if you will.

Well, how well does this system work you ask?  In my next post I’ll show you a result from a recent test I conducted.  Keep in mind this system will work to optimize any online business by drawing more traffic to them!

Until next time…..

Lender, Broker Price Opinion, and REO Buyer

Tuesday, February 2nd, 2010

If you’re thinking of becoming a real estate agent or let’s say you’re relatively new to the business or maybe you are an experienced agent who does broker price opinions, what does a lender who has an reo property in inventory, an agent who does a broker price opinion and an reo buyer have in common?  Aren’t they all looking to transfer title as their goal, whether by the lender selling, the broker price opinion agent listing or the reo buyer buying a piece of real estate?

So how can we best bring them all together so they can accomplish their goal?

What if I told you there is a way for any real estate agent, whether doing broker price opinions or not, in any real estate market, does not have to be the reo market, in any area can learn to attract buyers like drawing bears to honey using the internet.  Go back and read that one more time and let it sink in.

What if you are doing broker price opinions for one or more lenders already?  Wouldn’t be nice to also have a list of buyers to email out to when you get that listing so you have a chance to earn both sides of the commission?

I’m referring to a system that would get buyers to give you their contact information voluntarily because you are an expert in your local market and they found you and your information by searching for a home or property in your area.

The above concept is not new but I’m in the process of developing a way to accomplish this and set it on auto pilot to bring you buyer leads right into your email inbox 24/7.  No print advertising, no sitting at an up desk, no dialing for dollars, no open house sitting and no 800 number service.  Imagine yourself, working with an abundance of buyers, who are able, willing and ready to buy in your local market area.  You’d probably need to hire an assistant or two with that much business.

Broker Price Opinion

Monday, February 1st, 2010

Whether you’re thinking of becoming a real estate agent, or you are an existing agent looking to hone your skills, this article along with my previous posts on Broker Price Opinion will provide help for you to work the REO niche most effectively.  Unless you’ve been living under a rock for a while now you know the REO market is red hot.

How’s sitting at the “up desk” waiting for that elusive buyer to call in working for you?  Have you been encouraged to do more dialing for dollars?  Well that’s the old way and that’s the way a lot of the brokers will tell you to start out or in order to get new business that’s what you should do.  How’s that working for you?

Ok, enough sarcasm already.  There is a better way.  Let’s call it working smarter not harder.  Now I know you’ve heard that before but stay with me while I try to peak your interest.

Well we all know a Broker Price Opinion doesn’t pay much but what if that was your niche, doing nothing but a Broker Price Opinion, for several lenders?  Staying pinpoint focused on that niche would cause you to become an expert in no time.

Now what if you built a relationship with those lenders you do a Broker Price Opinion for and you ask for the listings?  Let’s take it a little further.  Let’s say you learn how to, with laser focus, draw web traffic like bears to honey?  What if you had Buyers on a list that you could contact via email when you did a Broker Price Opinion before your listing even hit the market?

Well stay tuned because in an up coming article I’ll cover that.  Better yet subscribe to my blog and you won’t miss when that article comes out.

Before I wrap this article up I have a Broker Price Opinion and REO course I would like you to take a look at and even consider acquiring for yourself.  You can access the materials by either clicking on it under the Blogroll on the sidebar area or clicking here Lenders Need RE Agents Now .

Broker Price Opinion

Friday, January 29th, 2010

You can dominate your local real estate marketplace in a very short amount of time. And I can prove it!  If you are already doing broker price opinions for lenders holding reo properties why not draw buyer web traffic like bears to honey?  After all earning both sides of the commission is double sweet, right?  I know most agents shy away from doing a broker price opinion because of the amount typically received for compensation.

Well, “h-e-l-l-o”, what market is the most active these days?  How about having a list of buyers waiting?  So why not provide the broker price opinion, request the list back, then produce the buyer, open escrow and wait for closing.

In this volatile real estate market I’ve heard from a several agents making a very good living doing broker price opinions for lenders who are holding a lot of inventory from the tremendous volume of foreclosures.  They first started out doing a broker price opinion to help pay the bills and discovered that there was a high demand by lenders for agents that would provide a competent broker price opinion.

Well, guess what?  I’ve recently read that another wave of foreclosures is on the horizon.

Maybe now would be a perfect time for you to begin contacting lenders to become one of their preferred broker price opinion providers?  So how do you go about doing that?  I’m so glad you asked.  You can go here, broker price opinion, and review everything that is in the course and if do you decide to purchase the broker price opinion course, thank you in advance as my company will receive a fee because I am an affiliate.

Even if you don’t purchase the course, as you exit, you will be given an opportunity to download for free a video called, “Most Wanted: REO Bank Listings” which will teach you how to get them.  But of course I hope you can see the great potential to either add to your arsenal of tools or become better and more efficient at providing a broker price opinion.

Be sure and subscribe to my blog because, well you know the saying, “but wait there’s more”, so go ahead, do it right now before you forget and please leave a comment below.
