For the past several years I have been tracking the trend quite closely and it is hard to tell what is delivered for the investment in debt settlement. I know there are some debt settlement providers out in the market that serve up superb solutions and the debt cusotmers truely receive great benefit, but I'm also aware there are tons of debt consolidation providers on the web that are focused on collecting payments and signing up new members. This is probably why we see all this new federal regulation surrounding the debt industry. My nephew used a debt negotiation business and is very very very satisfied with the solution that was provided.
