On this blog you can actually learn buyer list building strategies and you can see the results to know those techniques really do work.

As you search the net for articles on buyer list building you will discover many that tell you why you need to be always in the process of buyer list building. Many will offer you a product to purchase in order to help you build your buyer list.

If you haven’t already gone back through my article posts I invite you to do so.  Also check out the resources on the side bar.  Among ideas on buyer list building techniques, there you will find great content on reviews of products and access to strategies you can implement for free.

Let me explain it a bit further.  What I’m presenting here and through my previous article posts is a program to target, with laser focus, buyers in any given market place.  Your state, county, city or suburb can be your market place to conduct your buyer list building.

Buyer List Building Results

Saturday, February 13th, 2010

In the last article I focused on increasing lead generation by attracting online traffic to you by using the “Buyer List Building” technique.  This method is not only for the “buyer’s agent” and “listing agent” but actually a strategy for any business wanting to draw more clients or customers to them.  Can you say “Multi Level Marketing”?

From time to time I think it’s important to provide the results to substantiate my claims and to prove to you that, by example, I can obtain the same results for your business.  So for this post I will provide the search results for “Buyer List Building for Realtors” conducted on Feb 12th for the article I wrote and posted the evening of Feb 10th.

Now if you have all the business you want already then this is not for you.  Maybe you’re a “real estate agent” with all the clients you can handle working as a “Buyer’s Agent”.  In today’s market maybe you are a “Listing Agent” working with so many sellers that you are overwhelmed.  In the latter case what if you had the buyers interested in your listings coming to you?

Stay tuned for more to come……..better yet subscribe and you won’t miss the next article and updates.

Targeted Buyer List Building

Wednesday, February 10th, 2010

In this article I’m going to get right down to an issue that confronts most businesses not just real estate agents working as a Buyer’s Agent or a Listing Agent.  How does one get more clients or customers for their business?

Well I don’t need to go into all the old school ways of generating business but there are some good contact systems available for you to implement and manage whether you are a Buyer’s Agent, Listing Agent or any business for that matter.  Most are for existing relationships or referrals from friends.  But what’s the best way to attract new business?

Now research shows that a vast majority of folks these days, myself included, search first on the internet before venturing out to initiate the process to make a purchase if they don’t do so online right then and there.

If you have a business and you’re looking to not just stay afloat but to grow in this economy why not draw that lead to you on the internet?   I know you were told that now days you had to have a web site.  But as a Buyer’s Agent or Listing Agent that does you no good if you don’t drive or attract traffic to it, right?

What if you offered your potential client or customer the opportunity to provide their name and email address during their search phase using a special marketing technique?  Now you have a lead interested in doing business with you.  You know there is a specific way to do exactly that and if you are interested I can show you how.  Subscribe to my blog and stay tuned!

In the mean time if you want to drive traffic to your web site for free I recommend you see this video.  Now you know the secret to internet marketing is having a huge list, right…?  Well, I want to GIVE you a website that will get THOUSANDS of other people to build your list for you around the clock – FOR FREE!  Go check out this quick video to see how it works:  The Viral Secret

Buyer’s Agent Can Attract Web Searching Home Buyer’s

Monday, February 8th, 2010

In any given real estate marketplace there are always home buyers looking to buy and right now we know there are an abundance of properties to choose from.  This day and age, in most cases, I think you would agree that home buyer’s are searching on the internet for home details and pictures before contacting a real estate agent, Realtor or a buyer’s agent.

Now wouldn’t it make sense to attract that home buyer to you so you could work with them, as their buyer’s agent, to show the home, write the offer, open escrow and close?  Let’s face it, as a listing agent, you could have 20, 30, 100 listings or more but in this market but if you don’t have the home buyers to work with you’re sitting around waiting for another buyer’s agent to bring the buyer.

What you are actually doing, as the listing agent, is spending a lot of money on advertising to attract the elusive buyer or buyer’s agent and keeping the sellers happy by returning their calls, explaining why their home hasn’t sold yet and replacing fliers, right?  I can relate.  I’ve been there.  Why not be both the listing agent and the buyer’s agent?

Well, fortunately for you, I am currently working on a system that will work to draw web searching home buyers like bears to honey to one selected buyer’s agent in their local marketplace.  Those selected buyer’s agents are yet to be determined but their selection will be dependent upon their interest and response to my upcoming product launch.

If you are a tech savvy buyer’s agent or listing agent you could set the system up yourself following what I have already shared with you on my previous article posts on this blog.  If you have that much time, as a buyer’s agent or a listing agent, that you could dedicate to learning and setting up this system, then you must not be busy working with home buyers as their buyer’s agent.

I invite and highly encourage you to go over my previous posted articles because….well, quite frankly, I’m not sure how much longer I’m going to leave them accessible to the general public.

Until next time…..
